Note: If you really want to hide it from your SO, put it on a drive (or drives!) and dismount the volume. Make sure the drive is not mounted on boot. Most women understand the concept of the hidden file, but very few understand mounted vs unmounted filesystems.

I checked the Disk Management part of the Computer Management console under Administrative Tools in the Control Panel, and couldn't find anything obvious... I'd like to know, too - not that I'm trying to hide any porn or anything...
