Released on 5/28/02, in widescreen and fullscreen, two disc set with lots of extras. They are already predicting this to beat out Shrek as the best selling dvd of all time.

You have to use the digital coupon within two weeks of when they send it to you. It is just like a gift certificate, but has to be used online.

Preorders are not available for instore pickup so you have to get it shipped to you. That costs an additional $2.98, so it'll be $22.97 plus tax, with $10 digital coupon = $12.97 plus tax.

You make out the best using the digital coupon for instore pickup, since you won't be charged shipping.

This is nice, but the shipping/handling - taxes do add to the total cost, as stated above. Also, the $10 digital coupon will go toward an item with shipping/taxes so you really do spend more than meets the eye.

Rather get it through Deepdiscount for $ 18.89 with no taxes or shipping.

With a release date of 5/28/02, about 100 days from now, I think I will wait a few weeeks for the best best deal to show up. Snow White was cheapest at a couple grocery store chains, and the deal was good until the day of release.

You can get this DVD at costco.com for 17.49 which includes shipping. The total price with tax for me was 18.28.

I saw the HP DVD rip was already out, non-screener version. Who the heck gets these so far in advance? I know the screeners go to Blockbuster and so on about now, but the real DVD????

It seems that the roots of these piracy groups extend very deep into the ranks of the moviemakers' editing studios...or they have an internal connection at the production site.

Yea, why is Potter wack? I read the books and their is definitely a big line between good and evil there, with Harry on the good side. Read them yourself and make up your own mind. Besides, someone who knocks HP for being improper should probably not be quoting the Simpsons.
