Sorry, he also has no chance in hell.

Walker's got the best chance except if he does not distance himself from the ridculus anti abortion law the moving through his state house, he will not get many women voters.

I can't imagine Walker possibly winning a general election with what's been going on in Wisconsin. Abortion legislation is just the tip of the iceberg with this clown.

However, if someone like Sanders or Warren get the nomination then I see them winning it.
It would be nice to see this, but I think the Democrat machine is still vote for the biggest mouth/wallet though, too afraid if they don't get her up there they don't stand a chance.

If clinton and bush are the ticket, I'm voting 3rd party.
Me too. 3rd party is never a bad thing, only voting for the big 2 is why nothing good ever gets done.

You're a young man correct? Its nice to see hopes & dreams and not clouded by the thoroughly shitty job Jebs brother did and the completely mediocre job his dad did.

Youngish.

I see it being more of fatigue with Obama. I think the nation will be reluctant to put in another politician who feels like they are cut from the same cloth as Obama. On the flip side, I think they are also going to be really reluctant to put another bush in office, regardless of how he differs from his brother/father.

That being said, I think clinton is the more unpalatable of the two. She is just way too shady for most. Having a multiple personal email addresses used for governmental work, then deleting those emails when they come under scrutiny is just really fishy.

What I think the people really want, at this point, is a president they can trust. When it comes right down to it, I don't think anyone really trusts clinton.

You might not remember, Bush & Co. had their emails on the RNC server (used for governmental work) and deleted millions of emails after leaving office.

Sure. It is an issue on both sides and that is why I said that the other candidates would have a better shot.

The choice between hillary and Bush is going to feel very much like choosing the lesser of two evils for most people.

If Clinton gets the nomination, then I think bush has a solid shot of winning it all (if he wins the republican nomination.)
However, if someone like Sanders or Warren get the nomination then I see them winning it.
If clinton and bush are the ticket, I'm voting 3rd party.

And if you vote 3rd party then, you'll probably be voting Sanders.
Because I do expect Sanders to get really pissed off during the debates, so much so as to run independent, which I believe he is.
And that would split the democratic vote.
And that could be the enabler for Jeb to win.

Sanders??? I don't know...
In order for Sanders to do any good if he were elected, Saunders would have to impose martial law and arrest the republicans in congress as traitors against the American middle class.
And then, arrest half of the US Supreme Court, the conservative right wing side of the court, also as traitors for enabling corporate money to control politics.

Sanders would need a heavily liberal US senate majority as well as the same in the US house.
But... district gerrymandering alone would never allow democrats to regain control of the US house.
So exactly what Sanders thinks he could achieve as president is not realistic nor logical.
Sure... The people might be on Sanders side, a majority of people in fact, but presidents alone are worthless without a full majority in all three branches of government to enact their wishes.

What we would end up with is four years of bitching and whining from president Sanders, with absolutely nothing getting done.
Kind of like what we have now.
And Saunders would never see a second term. No way.
He would be Jimmy Carter-ed out of office.

You know what America? We're all screwed.
Corporate America has all the power. The congress obeys only the power.
Money is the only thing that matters.
And us little worker piss ants can only continue to tote those stones and move those piles.
And all for $7.25 an hour tops.

Soon, we'll probably see what little healthcare benefit we currently enjoy stripped away and dismantled.
Social security turned into worthless mush.
Wage equality reforms become the big joke at those ritzy billion dollar campaign fundraisers. And women forced to have babies with absolutely no possible way of financially raising or caring for that child after its birth.

But there is a silver lining around that dark cloud on the horizon.
The US military will always be in need of new soldiers to go off and fight in foreign lands.
And we will no doubt have plenty of wars in foreign lands to fight. So just take your pick.
Then, just hope you die in the end, because if you lose a limb or suffer brain trauma, you will return to a country with no healthcare, you will live in poverty, and most likely end up jumping off a bridge to end your grief.
That is, if we ever repair our infrastructure so that a bridge exist to jump off of ???

Actually, president Burnie would be right.
Get elected. Impose martial law. Arrest republicans in congress and on the Supreme Court hell bent on destroying America. Try them all in court as traitors. Then ship the traitors off to Guantanamo Bay.

THERE... Middle class America, is your solution.
And that would almost be funny is not so very true.

That is where the smart money is currently riding. Even though nobody really likes or trusts the hyena.

I haven't seen a single viable Republican candidate yet. I think the GOP is hoping to incorporate the Presidency so no one actually has to take resposibility for the insane Republican platform.

lol

I consider myself an honorary Vaginal American, 'cause they say you are what you eat . . .

Isn't that true of both sides?

When is the last time you've heard a Presidential campaign advert that says "Vote for me because . . .?" It's always "Vote against my opponent because . . ."

If the D and the R nominees are equally bad, then there's always the 3rd parties.

I thought I actually liked Obama when he ran, but, he was far too conservative for my tastes.

Hopefully Sanders at least gives Hillary a run for her money.

That kind of thing only matters to conspiracy nuts, kinda like Benghazi or Vince Foster. All people care about is what she'll do for them.

Almost 1 month later.. I'd say Jeb is unelectable.

Why? We don't need to spend half a billion dollars on women's issues and.. the Iraq war was a good deal.

I think those two were the nail in his coffin.

Sorry, I missed this at the time. Certainly there are third parties. Generally I vote in the Republican primary and then vote Libertarian in the general, although if my candidate wins the primary (hasn't happened since Reagan except for Romney) then I'm honor-bound to vote for him.

As to Indus' point, I disagree that Bush is unelectable, but as I don't consider him significantly different from the Hildabeast I don't particularly care either way.
