That guy is very annoying.
Good, it is not just me then. I don't know if it is the shirt, the hair, the beard, the voice, the bad impression of AVGN or all of it combined, but I could not watch a full minute of that vid. I would have a hell of a time dealing with the fact it is not legal to gut punch him, if I was in that room.

Another nail in the Xbox coffin. Anti independent developer attitude. It really seems Microsoft is working hard to insure failure.
Those new games on the ps4 sure look interesting. Stuff you will not see on the Xbox one.
Give your family access to your entire games library anytime, anywhere: Xbox One will enable new forms of access for families. Up to ten members of your family can log in and play from your shared games library on any Xbox One. Just like today, a family member can play your copy of Forza Motorsport at a friend’s house. Only now, they will see not just Forza, but all of your shared games. You can always play your games, and any one of your family members can be playing from your shared library at a given time.
Microsoft allows you to share one game with up to 10 people. The details are still a little murky but this has the potential to be very good and better than traditional sharing.

Sell the code and have some sort of install from disc mechanism, perhaps? *shrugs* Sony's hedging on this matter really makes me suspicious sometimes.
That said, I think you're under-estimating what hardcore gamers usually have for broadband. I'd bet that if we ran a poll in this forum, most people would top 5mbit/s downloads, easily.
there has to be more to this, whats the point of drm if you can practically give your game to 10 other people digitally? Thats like piracy isn't it? what the heck is going on down at ms?
you mean an indie dev prefers the ps4?
SHOCKER
Possible bias being a PS site but still:

He's the kind of guy I'd love to have a beer with and talk shit abou things like Xbox.
They're supposedly trying to operate under the steam model with a console. If that's really what they're trying to do, I honestly won't mind IF(and only if) like steam they offer up games for sale throughout the year for <$20 including their AAA titles.
Only one of those 10 can play it at a time, so its no different than loaning out a disc.
Except:
a) you can still play the game while the person being "loaned to" is playing and
b) discs can't travel thousands of miles instantaneously.
