What the fuck are you talking about? Who said I speak for Democrats?
In claiming to be using "democrats own standards" when no Democrat has said it was a failure. Maybe you'd care to define the "standards" you reference.

You can just answer one charge, obstruction of justice. Trump ordered Don McGahn to fire Mueller and that is illegal. Doesn't matter that McGahn didn't follow throughWhich charges again? The ones without sufficient evidence to bring? No one is refuting the charges that Clinton, members of the DNC, and senior officials of the DOJ colluding with foreign nationals to interfere with the federal presidential election process.
It's not illegal in and of itself. It's having corrupt intent that would make it illegal. You can just answer one charge, obstruction of justice. Trump ordered Don McGahn to fire Mueller and that is illegal. Doesn't matter that McGahn didn't follow through
Totally ignoring his own boss that he could have made a charging decision. This is why Barr pursued that avenue. He was confident it wouldn't blowback because he knew who Mueller was. Barr is like the typical ebay buyer who scams a seller into giving a partial or full refund without a return; the seller just needed to repeat "return for refund" to call the bluff.
That's bullshit. It's perfectly clear Mueller operated under rules defined by Rosenstein from the beginning. Barr didn't change the rules. He just threw in some bullshit. He lied. He wasn't the slightest bit surprised that Mueller didn't make a charging recommendation.
He wanted Mueller fired to kill the investigation which is corrupt. Trump was quoted as saying when Mueller was hired, he was "fucked"It's not illegal in and of itself. It's having corrupt intent that would make it illegal.
Dem candidate must play song "lock him up" at campaign rallys nationwide.

When you don't have the evidence, a lack of charges or indictments shouldn't be a surprise. I guess, when you are told 24/7 that Trump was guilty of something, it would be.
Early on in Russia's meddling their goal was to sew chaos and to divide the country. Therefore the Russia's used tactics that were pro Clinton, pro trump, and pro Bernie, as well as tactics that were anti the above people. The basically used anything to sew discord in America.
However the Russians didn't gain any traction on the Democrat side and focused most of their attention to being pro trump since the right was more gullible to such propaganda.

They did, though. That whole "Bernie Bros" campaign was actually a Russian operation at the beginning.
Strangely enough, he didn't answer it, but you sure as hell did.By asking that, you answer the question about if stupid people know that they are stupid.
I think his original explanation for that was that they already had all the answers they needed and/or didn't expect any new information from such an interview. As such it wouldn't have been worth the legal battle and delay to try to get him to answer in person.Did we get an answer why Mueller didn't insist on interviewing Trump in person?

Can't watch right now. Any republicans asking that or is it just the Dems? Until GOP start asking pertinent questions instead of rambling on about conspiracy theories this hearing is not going to be useful. These latest questions are getting good. I think they are making some progress here.
The OLC guideline is just bullshit opinion anyway. Technically, Mueller could have fought it prior to Barr coming on board. Nonetheless, Barr handed Mueller the opportunity to change his past position to fight the deeply corrupt GOP. Yet he didn't? Why? To add insult to injury, he corrected his statement to Lieu despite Barr making a deeply corrupt decision with the corrupt Rosenstein (literally makes no sense for Rosenstein to make a charging decision when he was a witness/conspirator).
