I'm pretty sure to remember some Haswell es that run at 2.6GHz or so and had too a high TDP, was it an i5 at 84w?, probably just as placeholder in any case.
Real product will have much higher frequencies or else this is a serious architecture upgrade as Core was to Pentium. If that's true then I expect leaks and early benchmarks to rapidly emerge and test at the same clocks to current chips...
