I saw these here: http://www.premiersystem.com/12pc7nssdram.html
Note that anandtech's Price Guide for 1/5/01 shows 128 MB PC133 CAS2 from this same vendor for $65.
I'm editing this original posting here to let you all know about a potential problem with this deal. I bought this memory stick, and it arrived in a good time. Their website stated that this memory was CAS2.
Last week, I downloaded and ran Sisoft Sandra. It reported that the memory I bought from Premier Systems was CAS3. I emailed Premier Systems, and they replied with a request for more information as to the markings on the memory stick.
In response, I sent Premier Systems the following:
"The markings on the memory stick I got from you are: On the stick on labels:
"SHM16B 00C3A, QC PASS 3-51, PC133 128MB."
On each of the memory chips: "KIC 00487 TBS6408B4E-7".
The Sisoft Sandra report for this memory stick is as follows: "MOSEL
TM4SN64EPH-10 128MB 16x(8Mx8) SDRAM PC133U-333-542 (CL3 upto 133MHz)".
It is clear to me that the "333" reading means that the stick you sold me
has a CAS 3 rating rather than the CAS 2 you represented on your website.
In order to test the accuracy of Sisoft Sandra's functionality, Sisoft
Sandra reported the following for my 64MB Mushkin Samsung Original stick:
"Samsung KMM3 66S 823CTS-GH 20676000 64MB 8x(8Mx8) SDRAM PC100-222-622 (CL3
upto 100MHz) (CL2 upto 100MHz)", which is correct."
This email went out on January 28, 2001. I have not received a reponse from Primier Systems at of this posting.
