MOST people load it on the computer once so whats the big deal with loading a few CD's. I went for this deal since it was the cheapest around. Also ordered Halo2 from them at another good price.

i would suspect that preorder items will query differently into the database.... so they won't ship customer's email saying it is out of stock and then they cancel the order...

you guys all get a out of stock message when you pre-order?

I got the out of stock message as well on my order. When I first saw it in my inbox I was afraid it was the dreaded "we made a price mistake and we are going to cancel your order" email, but was very happy to see they were letting me know it was not available yet.
