They are all gaming the system. All of them regardless of their color or origin.
So you would have sent the Jews back to Germany?
And the children? Are they gaming the system? Their rights are at issue, not the rights of their parents.
I mean you're a xenophobe, but since that seems fine for you, I guess do whatever, coward.OK since you want to play word games, let me word it this way: People that are here illegally should not be allowed to have children automatically become citizens.
Better?
Well the odds are slim to none for either of these options. I would be open to some changes in the 2nd amendment...
So you would have sent the Jews back to Germany?
Probably not a fair question because pretty much everyone turned them away back then.
CNN or was it MSNBC interviewed a mother that gave birth during the caravan exodus.
CNN was hyping up how this mother, with her newborn in arms, decided to remain with the caravan heading for the US.
And how courageous and determined this mother was, regardless of the risk to her newborn, to caravan to America.
YOU KNOW WHAT?
I'd bet money that this pregnant mother HAD HOPED to give birth within the US borders so that her child would then be a legal American citizen.
And I'd bet this was the real reason why this expecting mother risked her unborn child and joined the caravan.
She was expecting, and hoped to give birth within US borders.
But that plan didn't quite work out for this mother....
She went into labor BEFORE reaching the US, gave birth , and well... so much for that bright idea.
I wonder how many pregnant expecting women are traveling in this caravan with the same idea?
All hoping to hold off long enough to somehow someway give birth to that child within US borders?
I just don't know.... I don't get it..... But that seems sooooo wrong.
A loophole in our constitution only to be taken advantage of, and an American practice that must be stopped then changed.
If I were Trump, I wouldn't concentrate on ISIS or gang members possibly traveling with this caravan, I'd focus on the expecting mothers that hope to give birth once reaching US borders.
And thus a child legally a US citizen.
And it then only goes to follow, a mother that must be granted citizenship as well, for the sake of her American child.
Why would anyone focus on this? It’s weird that anyone considers this to be a meaningful problem.
Apples and Oranges.
These children are the responsibility of their parents. Some parents make bad choices.
Blatantly unconstitutional, it will go nowhere. 14th amendment.
I bet we hear basically nothing from the ‘strict adherence to the constitution’ party about this though.
I mean you're a xenophobe, but since that seems fine for you, I guess do whatever, coward.
Apples and apples.
The only difference between the Jews fleeing Germany, and the current situation, is that the Jews weren't brown.
Both were fleeing persecution, murder, and forced sexual and nonsexual slavery. Both showed up as refugees, and both showed up requesting asylum. The president then, didn't order the US armed forces to shoot women and children, like the current Baby Killer in Chief.
I can't help but wonder if the fact that Trump can trace his ancestry back to German roots might not have something to do with that.
That doesn't make the children any less United States citizens. I would actually like to see Trump get away with that, if only for the fact that once that precedent has been set, the second amendment can be wiped out by Executive Order and a lot of guns can be taken off the streets.
You guys are wasting your time.
Wow, You are quite a liar. Unless you have a link where President Trump ordered US Troops to kill anyone.
Post it or admit your lie.
Now youre just being stupid. There is no way for you to know or prove that. They are all gaming the system. All of them regardless of their color or origin.
I agree the odds are slim for both but I’m not looking for changes, I want it repealed.
Here's your link..

There's an entire thread about it Sparky, but I'll repost the relevant portion here..
President Donald Trump said members of the U.S. military sent to the southern border to keep out thousands in a migrant caravan would "fight back" if immigrants throw stones and suggested soldiers might open fire on the group because there's "not much difference" between a rock or gun.
Now youre just being stupid. There is no way for you to know or prove that.
What we do know is that right wing nativists supported by a racist president are the ones pushing this idea of reinterpreting or changing the 14th.
Like you for example.
