Bilateral means two sides, not necessarily two parties. Why can't there be a side against NK having nuclear weapons, which includes China, and the otherside, NK wanting nuclear weapon.

Heck, even say it's true... why does he want China, not exactly our most staunch ally, especially when it comes to military and political matters, involved? But yet in Iraq, he thumbed his nose at the rest world and went in alone (aside from the UK).
