these are refurbished but they r pretty damn cheap if u ask me! there were more 2002 versions the last time i checked, and now there is a 2003 model there! has anyone ever purchased from here? i was going to buy one but i dont like rptvs

I checked into these, here are some things to consider:

-warranty is only 30 days and extended ones are not cheap
-shipping was around 200

When I did the math a new one was not that much more with the same warranty. If you are willing to risk without the warranty they are a great deal. The reports from people who have bought them say they are in excellent shape.

The site looks legit, but when you say "the extended warranties aren't cheap," could you be a little more specific? Like how much (either % or plain dollars) are we talking about here?
