Question Pretty Sure my AIO Died

Bought the Galahad 240 back in late 2020 but a few weeks ago I noticed my idle temps were creeping up. Low 60's and when I'd load in to Fortnite to play with my son, after a game or two I was stuttering bad. Checked HWInfo and I was hitting thermal limits (95 degrees) on a Ryzen 3600X.

Went about and repasted the AIO, even swapped fans and made sure the rad fins were clean and not bent. Have a warranty claim in with Lian-Li but may go back to air.

Thoughts on a different AIO or do you think this is a one off? Definitely staying away from MSI regardless.

AIO

I've always been leery of adding liquid around electrical. I seriously considered it with all of the hype around ADL being a toaster when it came to temps but slapped a cheap $45 cooler and graphite pad on it and even under 100% load it only hits 60 @125w with a 12700k. Laptop though with 12700h does hit the ceiling occasionally with the same graphite pad setup but, that's to be expected in tight confines.

Pumps fail and fans fail but, replacing a $10 fan is more palatable than a $100 cooler pump.

It's either dead/dying or has an air bubble in the block. My Corsair AIO recently died after I upgraded my PC, which involved taking it out and moving it around. Likely allowing an air bubble to get into the block.

Take off the side of your case and listen for any unusual sounds coming from the pump. Mine got really loud when I noticed the idle temps were super high.

Make sure the radiator is above the pump.

Then that SHOULD eliminate the possibility of air built up inside the pump...

Like the i-d-10T I am, I bought an IBuyPower pre-built from Costco 4 years ago. Their house-branded AIO failed a month after the 1 year warranty expired...so, Costco's concierge warranty kicked in. I had to ship the PC off to some repair place in Wisconsin where, yep, sure enough, the AIO cooler pump had died. So they replaced it with the cheapest Coolermaster 120mm model available...then installed it wrong...and broke the mobo socket where the USB3 plugs in. I kept hearing a funny "gurgling" noise...took me a while to figure out where it was coming from...and longer to figure out the solution.
It was pretty easy to decide the AIO had crapped out...temp would shoot up to over 100C at idle.
