I've been working out and decided to try some basic arm exercises that I have not done since I was a little kid. Stuff like spreading both arms and making large circles then making them smaller while turning faster. Simple stuff like that.

I noticed that some of these make my bones crack. Anything I can do as far as special work outs or diet to prevent that, or is that just an age thing? Does not hurt or anything, just I don't think its good on the bones. Or will constantly cracking them that way make it stop happening?

It's technically called cavitation and it's not your bones. It's your joints. It really doesn't mean much. It doesn't mean you're injuring yourself by any means. It's just sometimes what happens. You don't have much to worry about unless it actually hurts.

Drink 500mg milk regularly for your teeth and bones. Milk play a very important role prevent crack bones and make bones strong.
Thanks

Its very disturbing after running a marathon, but damn it feels good.

Ah so it's not really to worry about then? Just age thing? (mind you I'm 22 so not like I'm an old gramp lol) That's one thing I probably don't get a lot though is calcium. I don't really like milk, but would chocolate milk do the trick?

"Popping" of your joints has nothing to do with your bones and it's not just an age thing. Everybody's joints pop. That's just how they work when the joint expands so much that a component in the fluid around it becomes insoluble and forms a gas bubble, which quickly collapses back into solution. You've got nothing to worry about and you don't need to increase your milk intake. That won't help it.

I said yep only to chocolate milk being a suitable substitute for white milk. But I agree, more calcium isn't the answer.
