It uses the D3 engine but that's pretty much the only thing they share. It's not a dark as hell/monsters jump out from behind you and you don't have any duct tape game.

The chick in the bar is pretty hot, but those portals that look like ***holes are pretty disturbing.
Running it on a 8600GTS 256Mb VC with all the settings full bore and it seems smooth as silk.
