my guess is that as soon as AMD gets some good yields, 1) there will be a price decrease, and more importantly 2) there will be 2.0GHz dual cores, maybe even 1.8GHz ones. I'd love to see a 2GHz, 2x1MB 4000+ for like $300 and a 3800+ for $250, and considering Intel's pricing, I think that's where AMD would like to go as soon as it can. It's pretty obvious that AMD is coming out with low volume, high cost CPUs because they can't make a lot of chips right now, so they will make more money making a niche product than a mainstream lineup. As soon as they can, I'm sure there will be $200-300 dualies.
