Pricing for PRK?

I just got a quote from a highly recommended doctor who charges 3750 total for both eyes regardless of technology (Lasik, PRK, Custom, Wavefront, etc). Does this seem too high?

Seems about right in CA. Here I paid 3300 for Custom Lasik.

I had my procedure done for $1,700 / eye - I had the entire laser procedure, which was that intralase flap, and all. Wasn't bad, felt like a cat scratched my eyes though for a few days.
