I picked up one of these yesterday and I love it. Big bright screen that looks better than my schools 18" Dell LCDs IMHO. I tend to run monitors and games at 1024x768 anyways so that was a huge plus with this monitor.

Went to 2 OD and both said they sold out last week. At the 2nd one in Wheaton, IL someone overheard and said there was one in the back waiting to be picked up, but the guy had not been there to get it in 3 days. They said it was mine if I wanted it. $215 and no box. They would not take 10% off, but at $215, this is smoking deal.

The Dell 2.8 from the last great Dell deal is all decked out now. 2.8ghz, 512mb 3200, 9600Pro, 18", 200Gb - All for ~750.

I lucked out this morning, orange park florida is now oos, the unit had been returned previously so I'm testing it out hard.
Halo does tear a little bit but not seeing any kind of real ghosting problems even in firefights, the 1024x768 rez will be fine for the wife since she has trouble seeing much @ 1280x1024.
