well easyest way, to chek is the print head is blocked or spoilt is to find a same model other printer(make sure printer is working)and borow from it it`s printhead and go chek is it working in jour printr or not. If not then your printer could bee damaged. If printer is working, then your printhead probably is damaged or blocked or spoilt
the printer model is epson stylus 440.. when i use the ultility it provide it also mention got connection problem. howevr i have check the coneecti0n and the power cable is ok.. what is going on?
