Printing custom paper sizes in W2K

Anybody know how I am able to print with a custom paper size in W2K? I use both a Canon BJC5500 (A2) and an Epson Stylus Color 800, and both use W2K's CD drivers (plug'n'play) since neither of these printers have W2K drivers from their manufacturer's sites. Everything seems to be wirking fine, but that I can't choose a custom paper size.

Anyobody can help?
