Ukraine is no prime example of European democracy, they're actually very corrupt and undemocratic, but this is how it's done in many European countries. The government loses support of the parliament and a new government is formed. The government is elected by the members of the parliament after negotiations. I don't understand how the current government is not elected. The previous government had to resign and in most European countries they would have resigned way before they actually did. Yanukovich was a corrupt bastard that needed to go and his government had no support of the people. We'll see what new elections bring. Unfortunately because of fascist Russia's invasion and aggression these elections will be difficult to arrange.
