I don't see the reason to ever visit a B&M unless it's an emergency. You will not only pay tax, but also get ripped off. Yeah, Microcenter has some good deals on processor/mobo deals, but thats about it.

Sometimes it's nice to get hands on an item before buying it to make sure it is what you want. You can't do that over the internet. I generally like to to play with things to make sure it is what I want. I don't mind paying tax as it does support the local area where I live and I can get it the same day. You do know you are suppose to pay taxes on all purchases you buy no matter where it comes from tho few do, including me when I do get something online.
