Doesn't matter. Insurance covers a car, not a person.

When said sib is breaking various laws, repeatedly and irresponsibly, we're far beyond a "family dispute". What part of "no insurance" did you fail to understand?

At that point, I don't give a flying flip about family who refuse to behave like family.
Doesn't get much lower class than being your brother's doormat.

What part of "you don't need your local police department to keep your little brother from repeatedly 'stealing' the keys to your car" do you fail to understand?
Really.
What part?

I see.
You firmly, and repeatedly feel that the police are needed to impose some sort of basic order in a person's family disputes, because simply KEEPING THE FUCKING KEYS away from your little brother is beyond the capacity of your average ADULT, in your opinion?
Sad, that.
What PLANET OF THE FAIL do you live on, anyway?
Big brother, nanny state government and armed intervention for you all the way then, is it?
Are we talking a history of bitter, angry personal fail on your part with your family here, or what . . .
Because Six, I refuse to lump you in with the white trash and the "oppressed and personally lame underclass" who turn to the police to settle their family disputes and their local emergency ward as their unpaid personal physician unless you personally confirm it.

Ok people not even cool. His story is his story and mine is well mine.
I do all maintenance to "his" cars. I invest my own money. But yet can't drive the damn things.
I also asked today to use the car Friday.... Nah can't use it. The 3 day rule must take an extra day for the paper work to go through.
Also, every time and I mean every time something gos wrong with the vehicles. I FIX THEM.
I put more gas in the cars when I take them. I change the oil when need be.
I don't ask to use the vehicles for one main reason. He gets an attitude.
Thats my input. I am not arguing with anyone. I just felt like the other side of the story should be told.

Yeah right,
Who paid for the tires, insurance, taxes, plates? Using the car for personal use I will more likely decline you. If you was to get a job, work everyday, then I might see it being a problem for you not to use it for personal use.

This.
I have asked him time and time again to return the keys and he has, pissed off but did.
When I mean return the keys, I mean my mom holds them, so he is taking them w/o even asking her. I know its bad to leave it to someone else, but I am not home to hold them.

That's because one of them probably chose their name based off of the other.

Dude, chill out. Every one of your last three posts is nearly verbatim the same words. I've already explained my view of the difference between a "family dispute" and a safety issue for the general public. If you don't agree, fine, but if you want to go in circles, you'll have to do it without me.
