Problem w/ NERO

When NERO is installed on my computer... windows does not load, I get an error, "WINDOWS WRITE PROTECTION ERROR. PLEASE RESTART" however, when it isn't installed.. my computer loads up fine.. does anybody know the problem to this? Thanks in advance.

I don't know what the problem is but here is a bump. My first hinch would be to go to nero's website and check the common problem database and then proceed to e-mailing them.

i had that problem too, i didnt find a solution, so i just reformatted, i needed it anyways.
