LOL, the problem is Not with Microsoft Network but with Your Two Networks.

Your topology is a segregated topology that yields two independent Networks, it is very useful topology if that is what you want to do.

Option One, what you have Now, http://www.ezlan.net/shield.html

Option Two, if you want one cohesive Network, http://www.ezlan.net/router_AP.html

BTW, you can Access files up the current Network if you you use the Files transfer of UltraVNC.

Your main router should be your primary and only DHCP server. Turn off DHCP on your wireless AP, those computers will pull an IP from your primary router.

Thanks JackMDS, RADUQUE !!
Tried yesterday with changing wifi client/router dhcp settings, and with dhcp set off or to client - pc2, and pc3 didnt work.

Could you look at my routers settings, and tell me exactly which DHCP should i change ?
There is picture attached:

how is your 2nd router connected to the other network? is connected by ethernet cable to the wan port or one of the switch ports? or is hooked to the other network through a wireless connection? If it hooked up by ethernet cable connection through the wan port on the 2nd router, connect it to one of the switch ports instead, and disable DHCP on that router.

O.P., you should read JackMDS' links carefully. With your double-router setup, it'd be impossible for PC1 to "see" PC2 or PC3.

SOHO routers are "one-way". PC connected to the "internal" ports can see each other and can see out, but PCs connected to the "external" port cannot see in. If you want all the PCs to "see" each other, do not connect ANYTHING to the "external" port of the secondary router. Put a piece of tape over the port to avoid accidentally using it.

The second Router's (Client wireless) Core IP has to be of the same subnet as the first one

I.e., Not 192.168.1.4 but something like 192.168.0.100

As mentioned above, the AP router is blocking traffic if connected via the WAN port.
