Problem with Samsung Galaxy Mini

When I am trying to plug it in to my computer there is a sign on the mobile phone that it is connected to computer with USB cable and nothing more. I tried the cable with other Android phone and it worked properly. I can't access my phone files with computer through USB cable. Does anyone know why?

Pull down your notification bar, click on USB connection and then set it to USB Mass Storage. You should be able to see your SD card now.

When I connect the phone to my computer the phone is not showing USB connection in notification bar.

You're not seeing anything in the top left hand corner of the screen that resembles a USB connection? Does your computer recognize that there's a USB device connected?

My computer recognizes USB connection. But when it is writing drivers it doesn't finds any drivers.
