Question Problem with second display usage

I seem to be able to send my desktop to my TV through my receiver fine as a Duplicate and Extend, but somehow it doesn't work as Second Screen Only.
- The desktop is Windows 10
- The GPU that is sending the HDMI is a GeForce GTX 1660 Super. I only send a 1080p desktop resolution, nothing higher.
- The receiver is a Pioneer VSX-1021-K
- The TV is a Hisense 55U68KM

If anyone can recommend me things to try, I'd appreciate it. The Dual and Extend options working with the Second Screen Only not working is really confusing me.

It’s odd that “Second Screen Only” isn’t working when Duplicate and Extend are fine. Here’s a few things to try: check your display settings in Windows 10 to make sure your TV is being detected as a second screen. Sometimes it might not show up correctly.
Make sure your GeForce GTX 1660 Super drivers are up to date. You can check for updates through NVIDIA’s app or download the latest drivers from their website.
Also, take a look at your receiver and TV settings. There could be something in the receiver settings or TV input that’s causing issues. Double-check that the TV is set to the right HDMI input.
Try lowering the resolution and refresh rate in the display settings, just in case your TV has trouble with the settings you’re using.

TV is definitely being detected. Because extend and duplicate work fine.
My GPU drivers are definitely up to date.
The TV should have no issue with 1920x1080 at 60Hz which is what I'm outputting. And again, it works duplicate and extended so it makes absolutely no sense that Display 2 only (the TV) wouldn't work. It's almost like when it sends the image to the TV , the display needs changing to a resolution or refresh rate appropriate for the TV but without seeing anything I don't know how I can see what it's trying to display.
Any ideas?
