Problem with shuttle pc onboard video

I built a Shuttle PC a few months back, and was using the on-board video card (Geforce4 MX, 128 MB VGA share memory) for the time being (I.E. till my wife lets me upgrade).

Problem is, last night I was at my brothers playing games with him using my Shuttle, and had no problems while I was there with it. When I got home and set it back up in my bedroom, the video is all jacked up. What it is doing is this.. When I turn on the PC, everything looks fine, shows the Windows XP Pro signal, and the load bar going back and forth. Next thing I see is the screen go black, the light on the monitor go from green to orange (meaning no signal found) and hear the PC play the windows start up music.

So it seems that the PC is starting fine, just the the monitor is all jacked up. To test this idea I hook the LCD up to the PC down that is down stairs and it runs fine. I then test the 21" CRT that ran fine on the tower on the Shuttle, and it to goes back, and loses signal after the XP loading screen.

Could it be that there is something wrong with the video card? Is there anyone who has run into a problem like this before?

Hook a tv up to the svideo out. I think it might be stuck on tv out. This is a SFF shuttle right?

I am not sure if it is a SFF shuttle or not. What does SFF stand for?

sff = small form factor. yes yours is according to the link you provided. wer they using TV out as suggested ? if so try vietofmars fix. if not , or that doesn't work try starting in safe mode. (tap the F8 key as the comp starts and you should get a screen with lots of choices. pick "safe mode")
if that gets you to the desktop. reinstall your video drivers and make sure everything looks right in the device manager.
