I'm looking at the Nexus NXP-301 fan/light controller for the machine I'm currently building, and I came across this review on the newegg site:
"My unit has a problem where the lights will not stay on even when the light control is turned all the way to the right. Vantec acknowledged this problem after I showed them this link: xxxxxxxxx) and that I've experienced the same problems. The support guy said that there may be a bad batch of transistors that are overheating."
Does anyone know any more info abou this issue? I've searched google but haven't been able to find anything, and as usual newegg deletes all url's from the feedback... Anyone know what this person is referring to, and is it an ongoing problem?
[edit: or... has anyone here bought one of these in the last month and not had any problems with it?]
