Problem with ViewSonic VA912b and VS tech support

One of my two VA912bs is acting up, looking very washed out and wavy. I've attempted to contact ViewSonic tech support three times in the last three days, but each time was left on hold for more than an hour with no answer. So, my question is twofold:

A) Does anyone know how to fix this? The monitor corrected once when it was bumped, but it's started doing this again and bumping it doesn't seem to make it stop anymore.

B) Is this par for the course with ViewSonic? I've never contacted their tech support before this incident, but I'm absolutely shocked at the wait times. Is this a year round thing, or is this because of Christmas?

I too have been trying to contact Viewsonic's Support to RMA an LCD monitor. Hold times in excess of 60 minutes, emails never answered, and now, 3 weeks since sending the defective monitor back, I have yet to hear anything from them. I can't say as I would recommend their products to anyone, ever.

I had same problem with Viewsonic last summer they never answer my email for RMA so I gave up and bought new 22" LCD anyway. I will never buy any Viewsonic brand ever again.

I've been on hold for 2.5 hours now.. I'm going to hang up and call corporate now. And all the horror stories i've been reading are not making me happy that my vp2030b just died this morning.
