It's been a few days after Adelphia's repaired our line and I got a new router (due to a power surge,) but now I appear to have difficulty from accessing a few sites, namely Google and the University of Virginia websites. I can get to any other site on the Internet, like Facebook and such, but I can't get to those two mentioned above, which really pains me. When I try to bring up these sites in IE, it says "Web site found. Waiting for reply..." and Firefox says "Waiting for www.google.com..." Even Google ads aren't displaying, right! (The page fails to load completely if Adsense is on the page.)
Ping and traceroute work. If I disconnect the router and plug the modem's networking port directly into a computer, Google and UVa's websites come up fine.
Any ideas?
