Is this just ADATA trying to throw some FUD to cover their backsides, or has anyone else heard anything about SF1200 problems?

Dear Customer,
Thank you for your input regarding ADATA product. Please note that E-mail responses may be delayed due to Thanksgiving holiday last week.
Issues were recently discovered with all SSDs using Sandforce SF-1200/1222. We currently have a Beta solution, however, at this time it can only be implemented by ADATA Engineers. Please contact our customer service specialist so that we can make return shipping arrangements.
