Okay this is going to be a big lengthy, please bear with me.
Specs of my computer are at the bottom.
I have been trying to overclock on a general basis, I am not trying to get the "best of the best" but bare minimal what the average user can get. I have been following the guild located here: http://forumz.tomshardware.com/hardware/Core2Duo-Overclocking-Guide-v1-fto ict197995.html Heres a quick rundown of the problems I am experiencing:
1) Running in UnLinked mode, I set the memory to its specified 1066 FSB 5-5-5-15 Timings @2.2v, and I slowly overclock the Processor, starting at 3.30ghz, and sometimes 3.5ghz @ ~1.45v, as I am told 3.8 is an incredibly common overclock. At 3.5ghz I am unstable as hell, I get BSOD's out the ass (with no explanation, its a different BSOD everytime), general freezes, and general crashes. By 3.6ghz, It fails orthos blend stress test within seconds.
2) Very odd problems with my memory. I was thinking, "maybe some of the crashes could be from the memory?". So i asked around, and I was suggested to run them individually in memtest86+ for a few passes. So I go ahead, shut off the computer, reset the BIOS, take out 1 stick of RAM, and try to boot. Boots successfully on first start, but I have to go into the resetted BIOS and change it to its default 1066 FSB 5-5-5-15 Timings @2.2v (as per corsairs web manual says). Save settings, try to reboot...Nothing....Nothing...nothing, unable to boot. I tried the other stick, and tried both sticks in all 4 DIMM's.... same result. Tried resetting the BIOS again.., does the same thing boots after reset, but upon setting to defaults...wont boot. Now When I say It woudnt boot, it would sit there as if waiting to boot, the PC running, but screen remains blank. I look at the POST codes on the motherboard during it and see it start out 00 -> A0 -> C1 -> 00 -> A0 -> C1 over and over in that order. No ideas here, you guys?

If you guys have any suggestions in how to trace the problem to the faulty piece of hardware (I have no idea if its the motherboard/bios, Processor, or RAM), please please let me know.
