Problems with Hauppage WINTV PVR NEED HELP PLEASE!!

Does anyone have this board? I cant seem to get it to install w/o crashing windows ME. ive formatted and reformatted a dozen times, switching the pci slots...not overclocking it...tryin the old and beta drivers...im getting really tired of this POS tv...im so close to breaking it!!!!!!! can anyone help? Heres my specs...

I think it's just that card. I almost bought one for my Mom b/c there so cheap. I know of one person that has one and he says it intermittently locks up his computer. Your board has the 815 chipset in it so it's not blacklisted but it's still not gaurenteed to work. Check this link for some troubleshooting tips.

I think it's just a flakey card. I went with the AiW Radeon, more $$, but much happier with everything.
