EVERY lawyer is under an ethical obligation to ensure the accuracy of anything submitted to the court (even Clinton, by golly). Boies failed to do so and appeared to not adequately remedy that problem subsequently. This is a fairly serious ethical breach but may not amount to much if it was irrelevent in the court's decision. Should be interesting to see what happens.
