Program to identify RAM

I'm looking for a proggy that can identify RAM, especially its latency, timings, etc. I have some NEC RAM but I am not sure if it is PC 100 or PC 133, and I need to be certain..

Sisoft 2000 Pro has a module SIMM & DIMM analyzer or something like that which can identify RAM. There's another one SIMM tester but I'm not really sure.

Yea,SiSoft will tell you if its cas1 or cas2 and if its pc100 or pc133. It will also tell you what brand name it is as long as its not generic in which case it will be identified as generic memory.

[edit]oh yea,make sure to use the mainboard information module,thats the one that will tell you what you want even though you'd think the memory module would. Just scroll down the list and there it will be.

MBM has a DIMM module to readout the SPD from the memory. HWINFO can also usually read the SPD info.

SiSoft Sandra, or whatever it's called now, really gives you a lot of poop on your PC, including some simple comparative benchmarks.
