Believe it or not, this is not the first time I have heard this story and variations of it. You are not alone.


From what you have described I would say that your date acted rudely and her actions were both immature and inexcusable. Keep in mind that is the typical high-school behavior, so no surprises there.

From experience I can tell you that it can be a number of factors including: she likes another guy, she wanted another guy to ask her, shes not comfortable, she has social problems stemming from father figure and or older guy that you may not know about. But the dominant factor has been in ones preconceived ideal standards for another person especially for high-school girls and their dates for prom.

Again some people are just bitches, just remember that not all people are like that and certainly not all women are like that. This girl isn't even worth staying mad at because you have a new life at college without her and of course you should be pimpin' it up with much better college chicks.

Just stay healthy and keep running man. I wish you the best in college this fall and in your future life.

If you go to the prom after you have graduated, you need to be beaten. Especially if you are going to college. But I have confidence that once you've experianced college and have been away, you'll have no desire to go back to the high school thing.
