Proper FSB/CPU/Hyper Transport/Memory settings?

Just ordered the following system for my Coolermaster Centurion 5 Case with 380w PSU.
The CPU will have the AMD retail heat sink and cooler.

Need to know how to setup the BIOS for the best performance IE. CPU speed/Fastest FSB
Also what would be the best memory timings for the RAM?

for the ram.. well imo that would depend on what kind of OC you get.. it all depends on that. Basically, what you first will want to do is set the HTT multiplier down low, and a memory divider to get the HTT and ram both low mhz, to put them out of the overclocking equation. Now what i'd do is put the voltage to, say, 1.55v (stock 1.4 iirc) and then see how it copes with a 300mhz fsb (stock 200, obviously). This will bring it from 1.6 to 2.4ghz, but whether stable meh. If not, continue to raise voltage until you get to 1.6 (at which point i'd stop, due to excess heat and possibility of cpu death beyond that) Chug back 10mhz at a time if still not stable and see. Pretend you manage to get 300fsb with a divider that sets your memory to 175mhz. This leaves headroom for lowering timings (eg my corsair VS is running at 1.5cas timing with 180mhz) This is how to optimise speed etc, but really, you need to see what your chip can do first =)

Hmmm great! Thanks...things have sort of changed from my day with my AMD XP 2800+ which is at 200x11.5 @1.65volts
