Proposed Protest - Silent treatment

I propose a real protest! Please everyone, don't post to this forum for 2 full years. We should also boycott all products that get an AnandTech recommendation, refuse to take any technical support advice, and not purchase any of the hot deals. Come on gang - let's really show them!

how dumb is this whole thing? do you actually think this will have any effect on the mods' thinking? i mean seriously, now the mod won't have to worry about as much of some people's crap. i'd be glad if i was a mod.
this is not an endorsement of the mods because i agree about the mindless bans that go on here, but seriously you guys could have come up with something better than this

are you trying to hurt the mods in some way by doing this? cuz if i was a mod, i konw that i wouldnt give a crap about it... think about what there job is to do... sensor and remove stuff that doesnt belong...
