Protein Shake Question

Just got a 6lb tub of whey and have a question about mixing. The directions say to add 1 scoop of powder to 8oz of fluid. However, there was no scoop included so I need to know approximately how much powder to add.

Serving size says 1 scoop (~28g). I think it is Pro-Rated, but I may be wrong. It was purchased at CostCo.

It should say on the top of the Nutrition label what the serving size is.

about .25 cups should do for about 8-10 oz.

The scoop is most likely down deep inside the protein. I've bought hundreds of protein supplements over the years, and I've always got a scoop.

Just use a wooden spoon or something else that is clean, and poke down in there until you find it. It's just buried down in there somewhere.

Hmm, don't use that brand... but like someone else mentioned, it should say how many g's it is on the label under Serving size... double check it.
