Good to know that dude advocates Optimum Nutrition and that they don't participate in this BS. ON is the best for a reason, you guys need to stop trying to cut corners on cost by buying some cheap ass shit protein. There is a short list of companies I would trust when it comes to supplements/protein (truenutrition, NOW, Universal Nutrition).

When I ran out of protein last year I picked up some Body Fortress from Walmart. Couldn't even finish the tub, and glad I didn't. Very skeptical of that company now, some say lab tests say it's good and others are claiming to spike.
