I have modified the recipe a little per advice from this thread.
I added a tablespoon of coconut oil and a scoop of whey. Also I just use 1c oats now instead of a mix of bran and oats.
I drink half the shake in the morning about an hour before my workout, and drink the other half immediately after my workout.
