I thought Chris Rock and Dave Chappelle brilliantly put it in proper perspective on SNL last night.Obama at least did and I recall so did Sanders, and for good reason, at least personally. The mark of a skilled politician is to fight the practical battles, with the right public facing position. Privately I'm pretty sure they agree this is some bullshit and would be in the streets if not for their positions. But there's no tangible personal benefit from doing so, and looking "presidential" is certainly advantageous at least for obama's legacy.

Our people have the right to freedom of assembly and speech so they can protest all they want to as long as they keep it legal and don't infringe upon the rights of others by illegal acts like but not limited to attacking people, blocking roadways or damaging property. When they break the law they need to be dealt with accordingly.
