Yeah it's really awful, inside the sleeve is the same identical game.
Even if you do not want the games it's a steal, easily could get $40+ each on EBay and ship them 1st class for free.
Most people could careless, with the advent of digital downloads optical media will be history soon eventually, more profit margins.

The packaging is perfectly acceptable for you, fine. But, for some of us, it's just not acceptable. We'd rather spend more money to get what we want. I don't know how hard that is for you to understand.
And you're not going to get $40 for those games. Starting Friday, both of those games are running in the $35-40 range brand new practically everywhere and will likely stay in the target range throughout the holidays. After the new year, the sleeve versions of these games will be available at Gamestop for $5 each.
BTW I already sold Batman: Arkham Origins for $45 with the Deathstroke DLC to a guy at work.

Grabbed the $199 bundle and Ki No Kuni from Amazon. No tax and free shipping and no having to worry about the stores actually having any (ugh).
Amazon for some reason isn't updating but Newegg has them as cards - free shipping/no tax (outside of CA). I picked up 2 from there.

2013 has only been the best year for PS3 releases, none of which will be compatible on or co-released on PS4.
PS3 isn't going anywhere for at least another 2-3 years.
So I got my PS3 bundle today and noticed something interesting.
Right on the front of the box it says in a blue star "Over $165 in Value!" We paid $199. Knowing what I know about retail, that "over" actually means $166 at the most. LOL.
Sure there is mark up but I just find it funny they put that on the box.
