The ps4 pro comes with a newish type of controller. It has a light strip right on top of the touchpad. Other than that I think the vibration feedback is a little stronger.
I can't remember if I saw ratchet and clank on sale at best buy. I should have picked it up. I do have hitman which got a upgrade patch downloading now. I also have a bunch of other games I have not played in months that probably will also get some sort of patch.
Mafia 2, Bloodborne, and a few others were on sale too yesterday for around $30 or so. I didn't find titanfall 2 at best buy but if I get that it will most likely be on PC.
Must say uncharted 4 looks great in HDR switching it off and on in game you can tell the difference in brightness and color. Also, last of us is a great game if you haven't played it yet. I believe it also got a pro update so I will most likely play that again.
Super salt.
Still don't have any games for my PS4P. Debating if I want to get them ASAP by buying used at GameStop (and knowing I'll get complete copies, if I try), or roll the dice and wait on shipping from Best Buy (maybe getting generic boxes) to save $5.
Also went and got the green XB1S tonight to replace the Halo 5 one I had. Got it from Best Buy to get the blue controller free. Still not sure if I'll stick with it, but the white console is SO UGLY. The choice of Gears 4 and BF1 is the real toss-up there, because even this crappy green is better than the white.
Also wanted to pick up Dying Light Enhanced from GameStop, but GS and other shit screwed me over and caused it to sell out before I could go by for it. They also sold out online for XB1, meaning I have to either get it for PS4 in-town, drive 30 minutes to another city to get the XB1 version, or try to do something like order it from Amazon, where's it's temporarily out of stock--meaning IDK when/if I would ever get it.
I think I'm going to head over a town to try for it on XB1 tomorrow. At the same time, I'll probably get the $10 Ratchet & Clank. Still on the fence about setting up the new TV. Supposed to have an electrician come swap out the outlets sometime in the not-distant future, so IDK where/if I can plug everything in right now in the first place (TV, PS4P, XB1S).
Last thing, what's the deal with the DS4 controllers? I see they got a refresh, is that only for the black models? I tried to check other colors at GS and BB, but they were all the supposed model number of the controllers without the updated stuff. I was going to try for a blue one, but if it's outdated, I don't care to pay the same price for inferior hardware, just because of aesthetics.
The hdmi switches that work he says are the HDMI 2x1 and 3x1 switches. They seem to have a few lower specs than the 4x2 models listed but anyway he said they are working fine.
Now that I've got my stuff (mostly) and have an idea of what I'm doing, did he mention anything about good/bad brands on these things? I'd probably go 2x1 (PS4 and XB1). If the price gap to go 3x1 (to add an HTPC later) is negligible, maybe I look there as well. I'll be fishing about for them for a bit regardless.
On my tv I had to enable the enhanced option under each HDMI connection that was being used. Initially the ps4 said it only supported 2k resolution now it shows 2k/4k under video output information.I just wanted to mention that yesterday my LG TV received a update (via the smart tv hub) and it solved my 4k connection problems using HDCP 2.2 with my PS4 Pro.
Thank You LG! I was thinking this could be months.

I had asked this at best buy this weekend. They said that the old controllers will work fine with the pro as there are no differences. But the new one does have a light on the touch bar.Having a very hard time finding the CUH-ZCT2 controller which is the new model. I need to replace my glacier white controller which is getting sticky triggers so I figured I could trade it in and get the new one but Gamestop didn't have them and had no idea when or if they would since they are marked differently but from what they could tell they don't get them if they have a bunch of black ones in stock still. Since it's not a special color they may not receive them until a restock. I also can't tell which one is the new one on their website since the model number isn't listed.

Also makes you wonder if people with regular ps4 would end up with a pro controller one day.

I'm not sure what game you are playing but for aiming you should not need to click anything, I don't see how it could happen unless you have to press R3 to aim? That never happens to me, sounds strange.I got the new pro console. I have an issue with my controller. It is so easy to click R3 while aiming. Is this normal or should I contact support?
