phoenix is hardly small, and those methods aren't bogus. they are tried and true, and more dead on than radars are. there are airplanes flying patrol between cities here in the mountains, you will get pulled over up to 30 or 40 miles away from where you were speeding. and the charges will stick.

Read my post again. If you try really hard and read all the way through to the end, you might see the part where I disagree with how the cop acted. It's near where I say your actions in this matter will be futile.

I guess you're too consumed with self-righteous anger over the ticket and giddy with excitement about the opportunity to trash rural towns to get to the end of my post.

I havn't recieved many tickets but I thought that if anything was wrong on the ticket (spelling of name, license plate number, etc) that it was grounds for dismissal. So the fact that the court date is wrong may be enough to get out of it.

Though I could be wrong.

Actually the 15th does correspond with the March Thursday court date they had but it is clearly a 4 not a 3.

They only have court once a month.

It better not have been set for court 5 days later.
