At the end of the video the reporter said the hospital has billed him for all the procedures and had threatened to take him to collections if he doesn't pay. Un-fucking-believable....

So one non certified dog, two separate seperate incidents with teo different dudes, same illegal searches/medical procedures without consent iin both cases. Yeah the police department and hospital are going to get hit hard. Not only do the officers and doctors involved need to be fired, so do their supervisors/the people who trained them on policy. It reminds me of state troopers in Texas digitally penetrating women during illegal searches. Those state troopers however have been charged with sexual assault.

IMHO the doctors should be fired and lose their medical licenses. The cops should be fired, lose their peace officer certification, and forfeit their pensions. Finally all should be charged with 1st degree felony sexual assault. Honestly the USAO in New Mexico should be investigating this.

I want to know what happened between the time they pulled him over, and the moment he got out of the car.

Everything after the x-ray was harassment, and should result in the firing of the police officer(s) involved.

Our police can punish today...people don't like to believe it.

Sadly so much of this is kept out of the media. Here where I live we had much of our police force terminated due to things that should be RICO charges. One actually stopped an undercover (and 'black') FBI agent that had his audio and camera going. He let it play out. The police officer took his cash out of his wallet and threw it in the street then drove away.

It made the paper here and then a day or two later was removed.

After my burglary here, I was stopped left and right by the local police and they'd come to my house to question how TP / Paper Towels could cost more than $10 or 'so'. It was messed up.
