The manufacturers themselves would probably install "ECUs" that were empty boxes with wires coming out of them once the first bike was certified street legal. It would save a lot of money, considering how often you spin your tire on a bike.

Didn't even look like he had much wheel spin, Traction control wouldn't have done much. I've seen tractors do this and they never have any wheel spin, thus no traction control needed.
