Yes, the hydrogenated oils and bleached flour aren't great (bleached flour isn't bad, just empty calories/extra carbs, far from bad unless your a disgusting fatty to start with). Hell, hydrogenated oils aren't terrible either, unless of course the same disgusting fatty label applies. Treat the body right and you can get away with the bad stuff from time to time.

I have great blood pressure and resting heart rate, BMI less than 23, and devour so much fat on a daily basis. Delicious.

I don't care. It still beats the pants off 90% of the fast food out there when you consider the calorie to grams of protein ratio. 2 breasts gets me a third of my protein for the day while only costing me about a sixth of my calorie budget. I wouldn't eat the stuff every day, but it's good to know they have it if I'm hard up for a high protein/low calorie lunch.
