MM tickets are still $1 each, right?
Yep and Powerball is $2 with a slightly lower jackpot ($222M).

Considering half the cost, then a 390M jackpot in MM is like a 780M jackpot in PB.
Neither are worth spending much money on though as the chance of winning either is slim to none and Slim just left town.
Paid my stupid tax today, bought a few tickets.
How many did you get? I only got two total, may get another one tomorrow before the drawing.
If it ever got to a point where a prepper is going hungry, then you aren't trading your PM for food.
With math like that running rampant it's no wonder the future looks so bleak
Yep the bad thing is PB has worse odds and cost more to play than MM. And MM has pretty bad odds. Yet people still play PB as "its a bigger jackpot!!!".
Look like my 2 tickets are a waste. Back to work in the morning I go.
Look like no one won so the jackpot is higher.
If you did win you would still have to go to work for at least three moths until they payed you. Sad, but true.
If I win I will still continue to post here. Well my sectary will.
I'll play the lottery although it's a total waste of a few dollars.
What gets me is most people will spend time, money, and energy on the lotto and not even invest in themselves. In 2014 500,000 new millionaires were created. It would seem that you have a better shot at becoming a millionaire by working hard and smart. You need to skill up and I'm talking 12-14 hour work days. Maybe even on Sundays. That also means no Netflix, video games, etc. My guess is that's what it takes to break thru to millionaire status.
I guess it's easier to just play the lotto.

Bought 10 tickets.
