Speculation is that they aren't aware that they are the winner and that ticket goes invalid in a few months.

Not all states require that they be made public, If I remember correctly, Kansas is that way. I don't know that they did but they may have decided to remain anonymous.

We had 48+ hours for people to get in on it, might also be the reason, lots of time! My mailing list is also pretty large now, so we're hitting more people?

Not sure about higher buy in, $25 might be a little high though. I still kind of like the idea of 'shares' with a 4 share cap or something.
